What is the starting pay?
Do you have to be certified in hauling hazardous materials?
No, but if you hold HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, pay starts at $0.65 per mile with an extra $0.05 per mile under all placarded loads.

Are you currently hiring new drivers?
Yes, Dynamic Transit is looking for qualified and motivated professional drivers. We require at least one year of experience. We also consider your previous employment history, safety record and moving violations during the hiring process.
How much experience do I need to drive for Dynamic?
You need to have at least one year of recent, verifiable experience to meet our minimum requirement. Reefer and dry van experience is preferred, but not required.
What types of driving positions are available?
We have short-haul, regional and over-the-road positions available throughout the country. for example, Northwest regional and KS/CO regional. See our hiring area for possible opportunities in your area.
What kind of home time do you offer?
It depends on the area you live in. As a general rule: 7-10 days out earns 34hr reset at home, 2 weeks out earns 3 days off, 3 weeks out earns 3/4 days, 4 weeks out earns 4/5 days. For more information contact us.
Do I have to live in Missouri or Illinois to drive for Dynamic?
No, we have short-haul, regional and over-the-road positions available in multiple areas from East Coast to West Coast. For an updated hiring area, please refer to our hiring area map.
What areas of the country do you travel to?
Our drivers are permitted to run all 48 states. However, most of our running lanes are Midwest and west of the Mississippi River running I-70, I-80, I-90, and I-40.
Do you hire owner operators or have lease purchase programs?
We hire company drivers only.
Do you allow a rider on your trucks?
We offer a rider policy for our drivers; the rider must be at least 8 years old.
Do you allow divers to bring pets on your trucks?
Pets are allowed to ride if they are under 35 pounds. Pets over 35 pounds have to be approved. Contact a Recruiter if you have questions about our pet policy.
