We are excited to see you are interested in driving for Dynamic Transit. We strive to make the hiring process as painless as possible for all company drivers. Our Recruiters are here to help you through the entire hiring process. See below for our driver application and an outline of the hiring process. We’re glad you are inspired to join us!

STEP 1 APPLY ONLINE OR BY MAIL

You may apply online or by mail. We require a minimum of one year of verifiable truck driving experience.
STEP 2 TALK TO A RECRUITER

After you apply online or by mail, a Recruiter will contact you to get to know you better and review your truck driving experience, background and what you’re looking for.
STEP 3 INTERVIEW

A recruiter will review your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), Pre-employment Screening Program (PSP), Drive-A-Check Report (DAC), background check, reference checks, and previous employer references and further verify any unknown information. Interviews vary in the extent to which questions are structured. The interview is usually a chance for recruiters to assess that we are the right fit for you.
STEP 4 OFFER

If your application is considered up to this point, you will be contacted to discuss a job offer and orientation dates.
STEP 5 TAKE A DRUG TEST

Once you have been scheduled for orientation, you will be asked to take a pre-employment drug test.
STEP 6 NEW DRIVER ORIENTATION

Our orientation is a two-day process and is located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Each new driver joining our company is responsible for arranging travel to our location. On your first check, you will get $500 reimbursement to cover those costs.
STEP 7 START DRIVING!

After completing orientation, you will be ready to hit the road as a Dynamic Transit driver!
