Elaina sat down with Leroy, a long-time driver for Dynamic Transit. Leroy tells us about the quality of work and equipment at Dynamic Transit in the video below.
Elaina: Hey guys! It’s Elaina with Dynamic. I have Leroy sitting here with us, and we’re going to do a little bit of talking today. Leroy, how long have you been running with Dynamic?
Leroy: Oh, I think probably 10 years now, maybe a little bit longer, and it’s been a very good place to work at. I enjoy every bit of it.
Elaina: Tell us, what is some advice you would give to a fellow driver?
Leroy: Well, pay attention to your speed limit and construction. Keep the stuff off your dash, so the DOT, that’s the first thing they look at, all the stuff piled up on your defrosters and stuff, you know. That, and just take care of your equipment.
Elaina: What do you think it takes to be successful here at Dynamic?
Leroy: Oh, I’d say just do your job like you’re supposed to, and just do what you’re supposed to be doing. Don’t be late for your appointments, and if you don’t have enough time to make it, make sure you tell them, and that’s pretty much it, really.
Elaina: What makes you proud to work for Dynamic Transit?
Leroy: Well, it’s been a good place to work for the last 10 years and they’ve got good equipment. They take care of their equipment, and you don’t have very many breakdowns out on the road. Very seldom—I think I’ve only broken down out on the road one time in 10 years. So, it can happen, but it’s just a good place to work. Good people to work with. Fred’s really a nice person, and he takes good equipment. I don’t know, I just enjoy it.
Elaina: Alright, guys. Well, thanks for watching this Driving With Dynamic interview![jetpack-related-posts]
